Set up your account and try a video consultation!

We focus on improving continuity of care and optimizing preventive medicine. MomentMD provides you with access to local providers across 100’s of specialties who are ready to help you from wherever you are, 24/7. 

Get advice, diagnosis, treatment plans, prescription treatments, preventive health, and much more. 

Our providers are U.S. board-certified licensed to practice In the U.S and provide care 24/7. We also have naturopathic physicians, chiropractors, speech language pathologists who can provide specialty care. You may search by name, proximity, language, specialty, and more. 

MomentMD is committed to protecting the privacy of every individual who uses our services. We comply with all relevant state, national and international laws and regulations, including the U.S. Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996, known as HIPAA. Unless permitted or required by law, your medical information will not be shared without your consent. 


There are two price-models on MomentMD, no insurance necessary:

Medical: Video Calls

– Video call: Starts at $25

– Subscription: Starts at $45/month


– Video call: Starts at $35

– Subscription: Starts at $65/month


– Initial consultation: Starts at $225

– Follow-up: Starts at $99

– Subscription: Starts at $375/month

Naturopathic Medicine:

– Initial consultation: Starts at $200

– Follow-up: Starts at $89

– Subscription: Starts at $350/month

Select the profile icon in the bottom right of the footer and then select ‘Payment Info’. Click ‘My Cards’ and select ‘Add Card’ or ‘Switch Card’.

You can review your transactions by clicking on ‘Payment Info’ in your ‘Profile’.

To cancel your membership: Select ‘Profile’ at the bottom right of the footer. Click on ‘Subscriptions’ and then click ‘Unsubscribe’.

MomentMD does not work with insurance. However, we can provide you a “Super-bill” to file with your insurance. 

MomentMD accepts all major credit cards. MomentMD has the ability to change pricing at any time for any reason. 


Generally speaking, refills or prescriptions are available from your MomentMD physician with an online video visit. In those states that allow it, new prescriptions for non-controlled medications may be prescribed at the discretion of your MomentMD physician. The physician will make that determination after conducting your online exam and obtaining information from you such as your medical history, last lab tests, and when you last had a physical exam. 

MomentMD does not dispense prescription drugs. If the provider prescribes medication, it is submitted electronically or by phone to the pharmacy of your choice.

MomentMD will automatically notify you via push notification, sms or email when your prescription is submitted. We suggest contacting your selected pharmacy to confirm when your prescription will be ready.

Log into the MomentMD app:

  1. Go to My Health
  2. Click on ‘Pharmacies’
  3. Select ‘Add Pharmacy’ or ‘Edit’

When scheduling an appointment, the app will prompt you to select a pharmacy using a locator.

Account Settings 

If you select the profile icon in the top left of the header on the dashboard, you should see an option to ‘add child’. This should allow you to add as many children as you’d like. 

You can also select children during registration. 

To change your name, contact our support team at contact@momentmd.com

You can change your address directly from your profile. 

Click on “My health” to enter your medical information. Every encounter you have with a provide will be saved in your ‘visit history’.

About Visits/Troubleshooting

Select a service from your dashboard then select the provider of your choice. Pick a time from their calendar, fill out the questionnaire about your health and then pay to confirm video visit. 

Yes, you can request your provider join our platform. Once they sign up, you can find them displayed in your network of providers. 

You can email contact@momentmd.com and a member of our team will get back to you as soon as we can. For tech support contact dev@momentmd.com.

Check that you’re on wifi and have a strong signal and rejoin the video call. If there’s still an issue connecting, let your provider know through the chat. 

  1. Go to your phone setting and make sure microphone and camera are enabled:
  2. Close the MomentMD app by sliding up on the screen and flicking it up.

iOS: Settings>MomentMD>Microphone and Camera>Toggle on

Android: Settings>Apps>MomentMD>Permissions>Enable Camera and Microphone

2. If it’s still not working, delete the app and re-download. When prompted to enable microphone and camera, click ok.

Everyday Care

You should NOT use MomentMD if you’re experiencing a medical emergency. Please call 911 in the event of a medical emergency.

You will have a conversation with the provider just as if you were at their office in person. Providers on MomentMD want to make you feel comfortable and heard.

After your video visit, a provider will send you a lab or imaging order to print and take to a lab or imaging center of your choosing. 

One the provider receives the results they will be able to request a follow up video consultation.
