How are you different from other telemedicine platforms?

We are a holistic-based platform focusing on improving and enhancing continuity of care, preventive medicine, and integrative medicine. MomentMD also allows you to connect with local providers through video consultations and messaging. 

Which medical specialties are available on the platform?

All Medical & Dental Specialties. Some of our biggest ones are Primary Care/Family Medicine, Pediatrics, Mental Health, Allergy & Immunology, Dermatology, Sports Medicine/Orthopedics, OB/GYN, and Urology. 

How do I add children or pets?

You can add children or pets during registration or after you register in your profile page, there’s no cap!

Who are the MomentMD doctors?

Our providers are U.S. board-certified licensed to practice In the U.S and provide care 24/7. You may search by name, proximity, language, specialty, and more. 

What device do I need to use MomentMD?

You can use your own smartphone device. Download our “MomentMD” app from the App Store or Play Store. 

Billing & Insurance

What are the payment options?

There’s a flat rate consultation fee and a subscription model. 

What does the subscription offer?

A concierge type membership with a provider to receive unlimited video consultations and messaging. 

How much do flat rate consultations cost?

Our video consultations are as low as $25 dollars and depend on the type of service and provider. They include messaging the provider to follow-up.

Do you accept insurance?

We are a cash-based platform. However, we can provide you with a “Super-bill” to fill with your insurance for reimbursement. 

Can MomentMD handle emergency situations?

You should NOT use MomentMD if you’re experiencing a medical emergency. Please call 911 in the event of a medical emergency.

Account Information

How does I schedule a video visit?

Log in to your account and select the type of service from the dashboard. All of our consultations are appointment-based. You select your preferred provider and the time based on the provider’s availability. You will be asked for a series of questions related to your reason for requesting a visit. 


Can I get a prescription?

MomentMD does not guarantee prescriptions. It is up to the doctor to recommend the best treatment. MomentMD doctors do not issue prescriptions for substances controlled by the DEA, non-therapeutic, and/or certain other drugs that may be harmful because of their potential for abuse. 

Will I be contacted by MomentMD when my prescription is ready?

MomentMD will automatically notify you via push notification & email when your prescription is submitted. We suggest contacting your selected pharmacy to confirm when your prescription will be ready.
