Set up your account and try a video consultation!

We focus on improving and enhancing continuity of care and preventive medicine. You can connect with local veterinarians and also invite your own Veterinarian to the platform to stay on top of your pet’s health. More than 70% of concerns can be resolved through a video consultation with a veterinarian. Our veterinarians can help answer your questions about your pet’s health, behavior, nutrition, and determine the seriousness of the situation.

There are two price-models on MomentMD:

One-time video calls: From $25 and includes a week of chat

Subscription: From $45/month for unlimited video calls.

Select the profile icon in the bottom right of the footer and then select ‘Payment Info’. Click ‘My Cards’ and select ‘Add Card’ or ‘Switch Card’.

You can review your transactions by clicking on ‘Payment Info’ in your ‘Profile’.

To cancel your membership: Select ‘Profile’ at the bottom right of the footer. Click on ‘Subscriptions’ and then click ‘Unsubscribe’.

Account Settings 

If you select the profile icon in the top left of the header on the dashboard, you should see an option to ‘add pet’. This should allow you to add as many pets/animals as you’d like. 

You can also select ‘add pet’ during registration. 

To change your name or pet’s name, contact our support team at contact@momentmd.com

You can change your address directly from your profile. 

After selecting your pet from the profile list in the top left of the header. Click on “My health” to enter your medical information. Every encounter you have with a veterinarian will be saved in your pet’s ‘visit history’.

About Visits/Troubleshooting

Select your pet from the top left of the header. Click ‘Veterinary’ from dashboard then select the provider of your choice. Pick a time from their calendar, fill out the questionnaire about your pet, and then pay to confirm video visit. 

Yes, you can request your veterinarian join our platform. Once they sign up, you can find them displayed in your network of veterinarians. 

This depends on your state. Most require a Veterinary-Client-Patient-Relationship in order to prescribe.

Check that you’re on wifi and have a strong signal and rejoin the video call. If there’s still an issue connecting, let your vet know through the chat. 

  1. Go to your phone setting and make sure microphone and camera are enabled:
  2. Close the MomentMD app by sliding up on the screen and flicking it up.

iOS: Settings>MomentMD>Microphone and Camera>Toggle on

Android: Settings>Apps>MomentMD>Permissions>Enable Camera and Microphone

2. If it’s still not working, delete the app and re-download. When prompted to enable microphone and camera, click ok.
